I have been to Luther Nissan service department well over 12 times and I have NEVER had a bad experience. They are excellent at taking care of their customer. They are not the cheapest when it comes to thei 12 times and I have NEVER had a bad experience. They are excellent at taking care of their customer. If I had any complaint it would be that the dealership must be doing something right because they are running out of room in their exsisting facility and they really need to expand their operations. We visited in order to purchase a new car after our old car needed an expensive repair. We were rushed to buy because of our old car but had done our research and knew what we wanted. It was low pressure and pleasant. After driving the competition, we preferred the Nissan, but only for the right price. When we returned, we had a child in tow and didn't have all day to haggle. I paid full retail for this vehicle, but it was just what we wanted, and Tong worked too hard for me not to give him the sale.
