The reason for Good vs Great, was the length of time we had to wait for talking with finance, and the fact that the vehicle was not above and beyond. I took my car in for a repair. It had a check engine light on. I found out it wasn't breathing. I also needed and oil change, had them check my brakes, and remembered tehy had suggested a power steering light on. I found out it wasn't breathing. All of this was completed in less than 36 hours, even needing to send for a part. I was offered a car to drive, if I needed, or other transportation just to get back home. I dropped the car off on my day off and they had it ready for me to make it to work the next afternoon. I was told what to expect for the things I wanted done, before they were done, and the price didn't change for the after they were done total. The work was done accurately and efficiently. In 2 1/2 years working with this group, I have never had a bad experience. More
