You want to work with a dealer that you're willing to go back and work with again. This is the one! I visited this dealership to trade in my old car on a 2013 Nissan Altima. This is the second new car I bought from this dealership. My previous purchase, a 2005 Altima, is still running great (in use by my daughter). Everyone was very friendly, professional and thorough. Tom Hagmeier was pleasant and helpful throughout the process. I would definitely recommend this team of folks. They want to create life long customers and it shows! More

This is our second visit to this dealership. Both times, my wife and I have been more than satisfied with their sales and service department! Our first experience was when we leased our Kia Soul. I'm from the old school, I DO NOT LIKE GOING TO A CAR DEALERSHIP TO PURCHASE ANY AUTO WITH THE "SALES" PEOPLE!! I soon found out that THIS dealership was going to change my mind in a very good way. From the time we were greeted at the front door to the sales process, then, the follow up by the salesperson, managers (both on the front and service department!) They do go that extra mile! I do recommend this dealership to everyone who wants to purchase not only a great auto, but to experience a very pleasant customer service environment! More

This was a decision that actually spanned a few visits over a 12 month period. Stephen had been my initial salesperson when I was looking at the end of the 2011 model year - he answered all questions I ha over a 12 month period. Service was prompt. I was greated as soon as I walked in the door. Tom took the time to find out exactly what I was looking, as well as what would fill my needs in a vehical. He took the time to explore the fact that I transport my grandchildren to practice and football games, as well as the miles I put on my car to get to work. After a short time on the computer looking for avalable cars in my price range that would meet my needs he came up with a wonderful car. We took it for a test drive and he was very patient with me. While we waited for finance, he showed me to the lounge for coffee and some cookies. He also offered me refreshments as soon as I sat at his desk. He was very curtious.We joked aroind a little bit about family and pickle factories in Mn. He introduced me to the finace manager. He took the time to have the car detailed while we were waiting. After I finance was approved he took me to the car to show me all the bells and whistles so to say. Even took the time to conect my blue tooth. at the end of the sale he went the extra mile to introduce me to the manager. All in all a very pleasent experence. Sincerely, Rita Smart More
