I searched online for a Kia Sorento and had a list of non-negotiables for what I wanted. However, when I visited the Luther Kia website and submitted for a machine, I was contacted within a day and it did not seem to be a robotic email. I spoke with my salesperson, Chad, and two days later, I was a proud owner of a 2013 Kia Sorento, with my non-negotiables (like 3rd row seating and heated CLOTH seats). Plus, I didn't have to haggle. I told them how much I wanted to pay, put down and my monthly payments and they took a look at my trade-in and soon enough, Chad was walking back to the desk with owner's manuals.
