It was a snowy day and I thought the dealership might have a cancellation for an oil change. I called them and sure enough they had a spot and I booked it. I came into the shop and Adam greeted me and have a cancellation for an oil change. I called them and sure enough they had a spot and I booked it. I came into the shop and Adam greeted me and we talked about my car and the service that I have recieved in the past. Adam asked me to help him check my car in to see if the lights all work and they were all fine. Adam had said they had an online price for an oil change which they will use for my car. I went and sat in the lobby/waiting room and in walks Greg, I talked with him for a couple of minutes, he was not rushed, very pleasant, and professional! The service dept changed the oil and a tech came and said that they recommended a tire rotation and a rear windshield wiper. I had a bought a set of tires last winter and so it was about time for a tire rotation and the rear windshield wiper was not very expensive so I said "yes" to both. My car was washed and vaacumed out. I am pleased with the service department, they have a very good bunch of hard workers and I will not hesitate to come back with my car again. More
I recently bought my 2nd murano, and it was an excellent experience. Igor handled the sales portion without pressure and was able to answer all our questions honestly and fully. the paperwork and finance w experience. After many days of looking for a new AWD vehicle for my wife, we stopped here to check out the new Sorentos. They were able to order in EXACTLY what she wanted. Scott was very nice, and he obviously wants to learn, but his managers and fellow employees have so far done a lackluster job in helping him and training him. Also, if you're going to take the time to send a handwritten thank you note, please make sure that you address it to the same person you sold the car to. There are multiple other reasons that made this a horrible experience for me, but what stood out most was the manager Jerry. His performance as a manager was appalling and left me and my family worried that a business was being run by such an employee. When my dad and I first went to the dealership and were waiting for Scott to pull up the car for a test drive, a few people walked by and asked if we had been helped (very kind of them). Instead of offering help Jerry waltzed over and said, "Scott's just wrapping up some paperwork." Interesting being that there was no paperwork and in fact was not at all was we were waiting for! A few days later, after waiting over two hours to sign papers (and being told five times that "it would only be 10 more minutes") we left and told them we would return the next morning to wrap things up. When we arrived the next morning, Jerry got over the system and told Scott to come to the front desk. After realizing Scott didn't hear him, instead of approaching us and greeting us or assisting us in someway he walked past us, ignored us, and yelled across the floor, "SCOTT. HERE." Such a disappointing level of customer service. More

Greeted with a smile when I came in for an oil change (carries Amsoil oil & filters, which is a must for me), very helpful ensuring I understood what was needed to be done on the vehicle, recommended a c (carries Amsoil oil & filters, which is a must for me), very helpful ensuring I understood what was needed to be done on the vehicle, recommended a couple things (belts & cabin air filter) to be replaced, and made sure my car was washed and dried at the end....all this over my lunch hour! I looked at some new & used vehicles while I waited, and thought there were some great deals at this dealership. I will definitely buy my next car here as they have great vehicle selection (both new & used), and have a fantastic service team. Prices are a little higher than going to a Tires Plus, etc, but it is well worth the money for me. I would recommend this dealership to ANYone (and have!)! Doug Dean More
