Overall the dealership has very fair prices on their vehicles, this is why we came back for a second time. My only complaint is the wait time. They are a high volume dealer and have been very busy both times we've visited. Each time the financing and auto detailing of the new purchased vehicle took a very long time. Any way they could improve their efficiency in these departments would be greatly appreciated. Would absolutely buy another car from Sue Wegleitner and Luther Nissan Kia again. More

My vehicle is a 2012 Nissan Altima and in excellent condition with low miles (second vehicle purchased from Luther Nissan). I was disappointed when it was discovered there was "rail dust" on the lower condition with low miles (second vehicle purchased from Luther Nissan). I was disappointed when it was discovered there was "rail dust" on the lower half and rear of the vehicle. I contact Greg and explained the situation. I stopped by the dealership so they could get photo's and was told the claim would be directed to Nissan under warranty. I was a little concerned when I was told "rail dust" usually is not covered under warranty but Greg did an excellent job in getting Nissan to cover it. We live 3 1/2 hrs north of Inver Grove Heights, so a lot the vehicle we wanted. Everyone in the dealership was so friendly, we couldn't believe it! We live 3 1/2 hrs north of Inver Grove Heights, so a lot was done by phone so that we were able to make the trip, conduct our transaction and get back home the same day. When it came to the "financial" end of things, Michael Gittins was very helpful in explaining everything, and it all went very smoothly. In all, we only had to spend about 3 1/2 hours at the dealership. This is the second vehicle we have gotten from this particular dealership. Thank you everyone at Luther Nissan-Kia!!! More
