Recently I had a car die and I needed one to replace it. He got us into a brand new Kia Soul with just enough comfort to be nice without being too expensive for us to manage. He was also wonderful with my over tired three year old. I would like to commend Luther Kia Nissan for their wonderful, professional customer service. I had called on June 17th to schedule an oil change on my Kia Optima since I was coming back from the Mayo wonderful, professional customer service. I had called on June 17th to schedule an oil change on my Kia Optima since I was coming back from the Mayo Clinic and would be in the area. I live in Plymouth, MN so I am not always in the area. I was told by the service scheduler that I could not get in for an oil change for a week. I then talked to a service advisor and he told me to just drop in and the service department would perform the oil change. We arrived at 3:45 and were out of the dealership by 4:20 pm. I was very pleased with the flexibility and professionalism of the Luther Kia Nissan service department. I would highly recommend the Luther Kia Nissan service department. More
