NONE have / can compare to the service that I received from JP Liesenfeld ( Internet ) and Eric N I have over the years, purchased seven new vehicles. NONE have / can compare to the service that I received from JP Liesenfeld ( Internet ) and Eric Nieves ( Finance ) at Luther Nissan / KIA. JP Liesenfeld: From the beginning of my many Internet Kia Reviews and Youtube Reviews and then receiving a email introduction from whom, I will and others refer to as JP. JP is all of the above, ( See Title review ). JP sat me behind the wheel and went left to right, up to down, telling / showing me all of the bells and whistles that we by a new car for. I'm thoroughly pleased with the process that it took of doing the business side of purchasing my vehicle. Eric Nieves: Dotted all the i 's and crossed all the T's. Sheet by sheet, Eric explained and answered all of my questions. I suggest that you be patient, business is business, for Eric was very thorough and your new purchase will still be waiting very patiently as well. :) Proud OWNER of my KIA Optima EX. :) :) More

Fantastic! They are always helpful with the repairs that I have had. They are friendly and honest. They checked with my extended warranty policy provider to addr They are always helpful with the repairs that I have had. They are friendly and honest. They checked with my extended warranty policy provider to address the claim. I did not need to be involved which really alleviated the extra work. Plus, they didn't even charge me for the rental car that I had for 4 days. The only complaint is that this dealership is EXTREMELY busy and it can sometimes take weeks to month to schedule a time to get your care checked out. it is hard to wait that long when sudden, urgent care repair needs come up. But, their work is exceptional and i have never had a bad experience at this dealership. I bought my used 2010 Kia Rio through the dealership and have had a few factory/ extended warranty problems which the dealership took care of no problem. JP Liesenfeld sold me my car and was a fantastic sales man, laid back, knowledgeable and just made it a very all around comfortable experience. Definitely recommend for repairs or if in need of a new car. More

Lionel was great! My vehicle really needed an oil change ( I was a bit negligent on this...been super busy) and the earliest I could get in was 2 weeks later. I called My vehicle really needed an oil change ( I was a bit negligent on this...been super busy) and the earliest I could get in was 2 weeks later. I called the service department directly and Lionel said to bring it in the next night...he fit me in, they changed the oil/rotated tires, replaced my windshield wipers and washed it. These guys are great. This dealership is top notch. I love my Juke also! Thanks for great service and a nice waiting area. I appreciate all of it. I recommend in a heartbeat! More

Fast and efficient! I had an unexpected dead battery situation but was able to get my car jumped in order to drive to Luther Nissan for an unscheduled service appointment I had an unexpected dead battery situation but was able to get my car jumped in order to drive to Luther Nissan for an unscheduled service appointment. I was in a time crunch and had a work appointment to get to in a relatively short period of time. The service dept. got me in right away, did a quick diagnostic, charged me only for what was necessary and had me out and on my way sooner than expected. I made it to my work appointment ahead of schedule thanks to the quick work of Scott and the service dept. What could have been a frustrating day was dealt with quickly and professionally so my dead battery turned out to be a minor blip in my day - Thanks guys! More
