Brought vehicle in for a minor warranty repair when the part arrived a few weeks after purchase. Service date was 10/21/13. When I went grocery shopping the following Saturday 10/26/13 and opened the rea part arrived a few weeks after purchase. Service date was 10/21/13. I was very disappointed and called in to complain however all phone lines were busy. I would like the rear of my vehicle cleaned the way it was when I brought it in for the repair. More

I purchased a very used Kia from a small lot and knew it needed a timing belt. I had another model of a Kia previously, but this one was new to me, and I had driven it from the car lot I purchased it from needed a timing belt. Adam was very helpful when I got there and went over some basic functions of the car with me at check in. The prices are quoted up front, no hidden fees or costs, they are very communicative if they find something, or if they find things are just fine. Everything from calling to schedule the service drop off time, getting a price on the phone, to drop off/check in, pick up, it is well worth the drive for me. This is where I go to get my work done on my Kia's. Period. More
