I decided to give Luther a try after working with another local east side metro Kia dealer to fix a speaker problem which after in the shop 4 times could not isolate the problem and basically blew it off. I just left this go for awhile but really got more frustrated as time went on. I went to Luther and they actually listened and understood the issue. Needless to say this was not an easy fix. I ended up working directly with the tech and after sometime he was able to isolate the problem and solve it.
