What initially brought me to Luther was the price of the used Optima KIA that I was looking to purchase for my son's first call. I inquired online and Dave Burns Jr. was a great help. When I arrived at Luther I was met by Dave Jr. and he mentioned that his dad Dave Sr. would be helping me out. It was very smooth sales process and both Jr. & Sr. were very friendly and helpful. I planned on financing through my own credit union since I could get such a good rate, they asked if I would be open to other financing options if they could beat it and I said sure. They ended up beating it by .25%. When I got to the financing department everything was ready to sign and was completed in less than 10 minutes. I left the service department unhappy. I was told that my car that is a year old with 20,000 miles needed new tires. Of course they will streak with snow on them and freezing ice developing on them. They also wanted to change a few filters that were just changed. I just went in for an oil change and I felt pressured. I felt like all they saw were dollar signs on me. I refused any services other than the oil changed. I will be going somewhere else. More
