We leased a 2013 Kia Soul (also had a 2011 leased Soul) and the first oil change was included in the deal. They brought me in right away, helped me find the car that was PERFECT for me and gave me an excellent deal on the car- as I am still a college student. When I came to pick the car up, Sue helped me with my paperwork and got me on my way. This car is everything I asked for and more. I bought a used Chevy Cruze from Craig Brink. He was fantastic to work with. He got a me a fair amount for my trade. Staff were friendly enough but not overly helpful. Brought in for recall, that may not have needed to be done as the work was already replaced a few months prior. The service resulted in an additional leak which I was told may happen but unfortunately Kia does not cover the new and costly repair not needed. I was told the leak was present when I brought the vehicle in but yet there was nothing to indicate that. Now the very next day I'm not only low on coolant but also tire pressure is low on one tire. Shouldn't that be checked as they did an oil change? Or at least they charged me for one. I was given a 800 number to discuss the issue with Kia motors. This proved to be a waste of time as they contacted Scott in service and they are only willing to accept his information, which by the way does not match up completely with what I was told. Kia told me that Scott says he informed me that the work will cause a leak (before the work was done) due to the handling of the parts. If I knew this before they did the work I would not have had it redone. Especially since I just paid to have the parts replaced a few months ago and the work was done without creating any new leaks. More
