My partner was so impressed with him that she is planning to buy a car from him. I can’t say the same about the finance person. As soon as I said I wasn’t interested in the maintenance package or protection package his demeanor changed and he was very rude. He picked up the phone and told the person on the other end, “ don’t add anything else.” Then in response back said, “I know.” It was very uncomfortable to have him say this in front of me and his rudeness almost made me cancel my purchase. I would have walked out if Igor hadn’t been so nice. This was my second time dealing with this finance person and he is rude and disrespectful. More
