The service person did not listen to me very carefully. When I picked up our Kia Soul I looked over the list of services completed and did not find anything about two of the items that I had mentioned. One was that the check tires light was always on and the other was that the rear end was quite noisy. I would have thought that the person who moved the car around would have noticed the light being on even if the check-in person didn't write down what I said. When I asked about the noisy rear the check-out person said nothing was written down about that. An appointment was then made for the next day. The next day the report was that both rear shocks were leaking and were replaced. The report about the tire sensor light was that all of the tire sensors were checked and calibrated correctly. The wheel sensor light stayed off until the next day. Since then it has remained on all of the time. The noise from the rear end seems to be gone so I am confident that the shocks were replaced. I can only hope that the front brake work, etc was actually done, since I do not have the expertise to confirm those items More

Zero star dealer This dealership has the exact car with the exact options I was looking for, so I drove 45 minutes to get there after detailing my trade so it would l This dealership has the exact car with the exact options I was looking for, so I drove 45 minutes to get there after detailing my trade so it would look like new. It was 5:30 on a Saturday and I had my car title in hand and asked for an appraisal because I wanted to buy a car they had on the lot. The salesman that met me at the customer service desk Said “It’s a little late today”. I said “Are you open tomorrow?” He said “No”. No hand shake, no business card, no response like “Come back Monday and I’d be happy to help you”. Nothing. So I left. By his response you would have thought they were closing forever. The next day I got an email from the dealership because I had filled out a profile on cargurus asking if I was interested in the car. I emailed them my story and said after the way I was treated they would have to give me a pretty good deal on the car for me to make that drive again after the way I was treated. The sales manager called me and said he’d sell me the car for their full retail price and give me average KBB for my trade. (My trade was flawless and I added over $3000 in upgrades.) I will never set foot in a Luther dealership again. Here’s my review for Carlson Toyota who had the same exact Lexus with less miles on their lot: After a horrific experience at a Luther dealership in Inver Grove Heights that had me walking out he door disgusted with the car buying experience, I was treated with respect at Carlson and bought the same exact car I was looking at in IGH for less.
