Nissan initially denied our claim for engine replacement sighting grounds that are quite shaky. Horrible experience Horrible service. Could not tell me what was wrong with my transmission but told me I needed a completely new one and it would cost $5000. A month lat Horrible service. A month later after talking with the manager, found out about the goodwill program. They were able to get the price down to $1100 but still could not explain what was wrong. Had my car fixed, picked it up, got 2.5 miles down the road and my check engine light came on. Brought it back the next day because when I called they said the service department was closing. Brought it back on a Saturday and had to wait another 3 days to get my car back. Was told that a sensor had not been plugged in. More
