Service Went in for normal maintenance and what I perceived to be a critical issue. They immediately checked the vehicle and determined there was no issue but assured me when they did the service they would further check. Everything was fine and they did an excellent job with maintenance and were not pushy on anything. I am dicussing the Kick with a dark skined gentleman and a person came in to the building and the receptionist ask for a sales person and the gentleman walked away from me to wait on the new person, this was so RUDE, I said something to the receptionist and she just looked at me. I went outside to cool down and found your new SELTOS and wanted to drive and get more info so went inside and was looking for the info on the car and Scott Holerud help me he is a kind man and if it wasn't for him I dont think I would come back, because of the gentleman the walked away from me. He was able to work out a deal on exactly the type of car we had in mind. I was out of state when the whole discussion happened. We were able to agree on a lease for a new Nissan Rouge. My daughter was able to pick up the car and take it home with only an hour or so in the dealership. Perhaps the most efficient car deal I have ever had. Thanks! More
