Kevin Pfeiffer and his manager Craig were easy to work with and straight forward. Kevin and Craig were so strong, they compensated for a less than engaged Mitch who completed the paperwork. We are fine giving a five based on interactions with Kevin, Craig, and Nic, but have to admit not sure why the dealership would ever put Mitch in front of a customer. I asked my wife afterword if it was just me, and we both laughed about how unengaged and generally uninterested Mitch was. Maybe he was having a bad day, otherwise he should find something he enjoys.
