Luther Family Ford responded

I would like to apologize for the long lines and wait times last Friday. A few factors contributed to that situation. Prior to opening a line had formed that extended most of the way down the driveway. To add to the situation we ended up unexpectedly short staffed. This made an already difficult and stressful situation worse for both the guests and staff alike. Despite pulling technicians from the main shop to assist, and working through the lunch break, we could not get ahead of the line. What we can control however is our attitude and how we treat our guests. I apologize if you were treated rudely, that is not how I went my guests to be treated. Luki (Quick Lane manager) prides himself on how his guests are treated. We will reach out privately once we look into this situation further.
