I asked that they please look under car for a noise we have been hearing. My husband thinks it's in the suspension. I’ve been taking my car here for 11 years, the service is good, and fast. The problem was in the customer service, for the first time in all these years I finally received a perk 20.00 off!!! Come to find out at home it was expired, and have the oil change and was told I could have used it , great it’s at home. I asked for a car wash, I was told she would have to find help to do it, sadly it’s a perk and I just said forget it, I didn’t want her to go thru the trouble when her tone was that it was going to be just that. I think that if you’re going charge 62.00 for an oil change the customer service perks need to be kicked up a notch or several. More
