Luther Family Ford - Service Center

I brought my vehicle in for a recall item and they finished it quicker than they estimated. No wonder. When I left my vehicle was just squirrelly on the road. I took it back and sure enough, even thou finished it quicker than they estimated. No wonder. When I left my vehicle was just squirrelly on the road. I took it back and sure enough, even though the recall also required an alignment, they hadn’t done it. When I brought it back they took care of it and it handles just fine now. The staff in the service center were all very friendly and apologetic for the mistake, but I’m hoping they impress upon their staff that they should not sign off on items they don’t actually perform. I was able to get into Quicklane quickly for an oil change and was in and out in no time flat. Scheduled Oil Change online- was a little confused on what would all be done with selecting which things needed to be done on their portal. Just put in notes what I typically have done.
