I had two services: replacing four tires and repair wheel bearings. The tire price is reasonable compared to other places. The cost for repair wheel bearing was around $830. Dealer did not have a valve stem in stock. They did not reset my oil life back to 100 percent after the oil change. Nothing was said about changing out the rusty, bulging lug nuts. Professional yet friendly. 2016 Ford FLEX which I purchased new from Luther was having issues with the Key Fob. Terri were the people I worked with.
