First, they forgot to get keys to truck - i can understand a shared responsibility here, but ensuring to ask the customer for the keys ensures they don’t have to travel back. After reviewing an available coupon with the initial check-in, later calling to say isn’t valid at this particular service provider. Could have saved me time and money by reviewing before hand. Guys did great at calling to confirm work ahead of time, and very friendly over the phone. Upon returning to pick-up the truck, i was assisted by the cashier who wasn’t able to answer questions to my services, could not verify the location of an i ject that was removed from a tire, and the service tech who told me it would be at tue cashiers desk with my paperwork, was on lunch. I paid for services of a repair, without any proof it was even needed. I was told i could wait for the tech to return. She then instructed me to go out a door where my truck was, however it was on the opposite side of the building. I had to walk around with the alarm on to locate my truck. More

Very disappointed. Scheduled a recall and an oil change/tire rotation. Upon picking up my vehicle the oil reset wasn’t set, the fluids hadn’t been topped of and tire pressure hadn’t been checked. I questioned if the oil change had actually been done. I was assured it was and the sales person was 100% sure it was. i asked what was all included with the oil change and tire rotation. He explained the tire pressure check, fluid tip off etc. well 3 of the items hadn’t been done. Like I said, very concerned any of it was actually done. Extremely disappointed. The service cost me almost 90.00 and I feel I didn’t receive anywhere near that value. The tech did offer to run it back through to make sure the oil was changed but I didn’t have the time because I had another appointment in a 1/2 hour. Which was why Inset the appointment in the first place. More

Asked technicians to check on a fluid leak during an oil change. Indicated it was a clear fluid dripping from the drivers side of the engine.
