Did not get service repair was scheduled for. Very upset. Told if gps goes black again to calll bring in for readings! Poor poor communication! Ford inGrand Forks are horrible service..all they did was disconnect battery for few min..never ran for codes. Said if happened again need to replace module. So stopped at Fargo Ford and was told that would replace module. Told them it was still working ..but said they would replace module...never said a dam thing about codes. So made appt. then Nothing done! POOR Communication.not very happy with Ford service. More

I bought my Ford Edge in March of last year. Due to the pandemic I didn’t use the FordPass until recently. I tried calling the helpline but they couldn’t understand what was wrong. We brought it into Luther, they ordered a new TCU Module and was able to program it. Great service! More
