I wasn’t asked if I had an appt. Was told it could be 2 hours and then got it figured out so it didn’t take that long. We did not have a great experience! We had made an appointment for service and a recall. We had to wait for 3 weeks to get into the appointment. We arrived at the appointment and they had no record of appointment for service and a recall. We had to wait for 3 weeks to get into the appointment. We arrived at the appointment and they had no record of the recall. On investigation, the recall was found but they could not repair it because of some software updates. If we had known this we would have just came in for a quick lube weeks earlier. The oil change was done. The service agents were not friendly and it seemed we were a bother. If all I want is a quick lube oil change we can go anywhere. I’m not impressed and I’m seriously debating if I will purchase another vehicle from Luther. More
