Long overdue. .I meant to submit 9/19/23. I have had exceptional service every time I have been there but want to recognize two of your outstanding employees. Jas .I meant to submit 9/19/23. I have had exceptional service every time I have been there but want to recognize two of your outstanding employees. Jasmin and Luki, in your tire/service department(far right doors). These two individuals have gone above and beyond for me(and my visiting Mom) time and again, especially in stressful times the past two years, proof is in the paperwork. I no longer stress when the unexpected arises as I feel confident I am in good hands contacting them or stopping in for help with my vehicle. Just when I think customer service is dead these two restore my viewpoint. They are friendly, professional, proactive, think on their feet and get the job done promptly to get me back to my life. I want to let Luther know how fortunate they are to have these two exceptional employees. Thank you Jasmin and Luki. Ps.
