Burnsville VW was our last stop and we had little hope. Wendy Fishlock set us up with Travis Brockman. They were exceptionally friendly and easy going. Made us feel like we were not being judged as we had a long day and was not looking our best. Travis had the car pull up and air conditioning going when we got there. It was ready to go. We locked the deal and went through the whole process within an hour. I was amazed at the speedy but thorough process Burnsville VW had. I had never had such an easy and funny conversational experience while waiting with any other dealerships. I give this place 5 stars. We did not feel like we were being pressured to buy any car but more like finding the right car for us. Thank you Burnsville VW and employees. More

Great Experience I was looking for a pretty specific used Toyota Camry that I happened to find at Burnsville Volkswagen. Called the dealer and got transferred to Luke. We set up an appointment and I traveled 100 miles to go look at the Camry. I was pleasantly surprised at the knowledge of the Toyota that Luke had being they are a Volkswagen dealer. He was great and everyone else that I dealt with there was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely buy another car there in the future if the opportunity arises. More

Not only is the car wonderful but the dealership and service is top notch. The new VW Jetta GLI Autobahn is sporty, quick, and fun to drive. It is slightly larger than my previous GLI, but I think that makes for a more substantial feel and quieter ride. The dashboard is easy to understand with clear, precise, and intuitive features. Even I can figure out how to adjust the climate, audio, and phone settings. The only complaint I have, and it is minor, is that as a short person I sit very low in the passenger seat and there is no adjustment to raise the seat up. I may purchase a pad to sit on or I might get used to it after a few times on the road. Linda Radue's service is exemplary. She knew we were looking for this particular car and kept us informed as to when VW was going to have it out in the dealerships. She dealer traded so that I could get the exact car I wanted in the color I wanted, and called to let us know when it would be available at the Burnsville location. Once we arrived, she had all the paperwork ready and after explaining it, gave us a few minutes alone to go over it. I feel that Linda looks out for her customers and tries to present the best deal possible. For example, she asked if we were Costco members and that shaved several dollars a month off the lease payment. Linda went over the entire car with us, helped set up my phone, explained all of the features of the dash, and gave me her card so that I could call with questions. Linda is friendly, knowledgeable, and hard working. What more could you want in a sales agent? More
