Buying my 2019 Golf R From the moment Linda Radue and myself started this journey through Email she made it an absolute pleasure. I work different hours to the standard 8- From the moment Linda Radue and myself started this journey through Email she made it an absolute pleasure. I work different hours to the standard 8-5 or 9-6 which makes me a difficult individual to get a hold of hence the emailing. Linda was a true professional who was patient, quick to respond and just down right awesome! I informed her of what I was looking for, how much I was willing to spend (with a buffer built in of course) and how much I had for a down payment. She worked her magic in a time frame only to be described as lightspeed and found myself driving a new 2019 VW Golf R. When arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Linda with a huge smile and she showed me my new Vdub. We sat down and got to work straight away. She went over every detail about the car, introduced me to other friendly staff members including the Parts and Service departments. It took about 2 and a half hours from the time I walked into the dealership, signed what felt like 100 sheets of paper (joke) to driving off the lot in my new car. I was greeted by Travis, which was very transparent that his interest was to ensure that we got the most out of the dealership, and ensure that we had driven two hours to be greeted with best customer service experience that we ever encountered purchasing a new vehicle. Travis took the time to consider all our values and needs. After analyzing our wants, needs, and desires he was able to show us multiple options throughout the wide variety of vehicles that on the lot. The variety was the highest factor that contributed to the purpose of our two hour journey. We had local closer options, however, the pricing wasn't competitive nor was there multiple vehicle options to choose from. I would like thank Travis, and all of his professionalisms which is 1st and foremost the headstone contributor to us buying our vehicle. Yes the Tiguan is Awesome, but Travis was the icing on the cake. We are very Happy with our purchase and experience. I didn't get to meet Wendy, but her character was demonstrated superbly telephonic when we initially found interest in the Tiguan. More
