He mentioned how great the experience was, and the friendly staff; specifically Travis Brockman. I could write a novel about how happy I was with the car purchasing experience but I'll keep it short. I purposely drove past West Side Volkswagen a few minutes away, ignored Inver Grove Heights Volkswagen, just to go to Luther Burnsville Volkswagen. When I walked inside I met Travis Brockman who couldn't be more friendly and non-pressure. I had an idea of what I wanted and he quickly found the perfect one for me. He had the car detailed before hand, filled the car with gas, pointed out everything I should know with the Tiguan, and drove away happy. I emailed her ahead of time to let her know we'd be stopping by to trade in my lease, and let her know what color and trim packages I wanted. She had the car all pulled up waiting for me when I got there! Even though she was helping other customers (she's always busy!), she snuck away to give me the dealer plate and let us know the keys were in the car and it was ready for us to take it for a spin! When we got back and confirmed we wanted to move forward, she continued to move our paperwork forward, while serving other customers. She continued to check in with us and let us know where things were at and what to expect next. Not only is she an amazing sales person, but she is a genuinely kind and authentic person, which is a rare find in a high pressure sales job.
