She contacted me within moments of submitting my request to tour a Tiguan. She had it pulled up at the door of the facility, ready for me to tour and test drive when I arrived. She was honest, professional, thoughtful, and intentional in every question and service she provided. I was so comfortable working with her and she made me feel like family. She went above and beyond any car experience I've had, including showing me every function of the car and helping me set up my phone and associated features before I drove it off the lot. It was like having a second mother introduce me to my new car. She truly loves her job and it shows. My fiance enjoyed my car buying experience so much, he came back and bought his own from Linda the very next day! Overall, Luther Burnsville was excellent! Emily in finance was wonderful to work with and very thorough in her service. In the end, I got an incredible price on my Tiguan. We are both thoroughly enjoying our new vehicles! More

Linda is a terrific salesperson! She is very knowledgeable and puts you at ease. Nothing more disgusting than an old white man making younger women feel inadequate during business transactions. I would never recommend him to anyone, and hope I never have to interact with him again. More
