My wife and I worked with Jared Frantz as we first began looking at the VW line. We continued to look at other makes and models and returned to Jared when we determined what we were going to purchase a Toua looking at the VW line. Jared had to find the vehicle we wanted and kept us updated as to the progress every other day so we never wondered where we were in the process. When the vehicle finally arrived, Jared came in on his day off to oversee the prep of the vehicle and to make sure the sales process was flawless. The time and patience Jared displayed during the orientation of the features was incredible. He explained everything, programmed the bluetooth and made sure that we understood all features and had absolutely no questions before we left the lot. Finally, Jared followed up with us a few days after the purchase to make sure we had no questions. Before coming over to see your inventory, we made a call to Jacque in finance for questions. She was polite, informative, welcoming, encouraging - that in itself was the main reason we decided to come to Burnsville VW. Three days later we called her to say we'd like to come by. She enthusiastically invited us over. We also asked her to set us up with a salesperson she trusted and she said she'd have him waiting. Upon arrival to Burnsville VW, she greeted us with a smile and warm welcome. she then introduced us to Fram. What a terrific young man! He was welcoming and glad to see us as well! Superb eye contact, referred to us by name, had the vehicle ready to test drive, and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we had chosen to look at. He let us take the car for a spin, and was waiting when we returned. He had answers to our questions, offered us a beverage and snack, and took the time to treat us like he'd known us forever. That was key! Everyone knows that buying a car is not a fast transaction. Often, salepeople have several irons in the fire, and you feel left in the cold - ignored - until the cash is in hand. Not Fram - having him there to chat with us made the time go by faster than any experience before. Lastly, Bob rose in finance was incredible! He truly made us feel valued, and fought for us through every hoop. Had it not been for him, we would have left without a vehicle. When all was said in done, and the keys were in our hand, everyone involved - Jacque, Fram, and Bob were there to congratulate us and share in our happiness. Even hugs were exchanged! It's a beautiful facility with plenty of nice waiting areas for their customers - overall a very comfortable and friendly place to be when doing 'car business'. On my first visit I even had my 2 young kids with me and they enjoyed hanging out in the dealership as well. (plus they really loved the cookies and juice in the snack area!)
