She's kind and earnest in simply wanting to make her customers happy and she appears to love her job, she certainly gets excited over Volkswagens! As for the service department, my cars have always come back clean with no issues in a timely manner, which is way more than I can say for the Volkswagen service department I dealt with in CO! I wonder if their customers take for granted how well these mechanics do their work, being spoiled as we are. I know it took having bad experiences at other VW dealership shops to realize that not every VW shop is created equally. I've had only wonderful experiences with Luther Volkswagen of Burnsville, and I'm sure you will too! More
