He then called me and we spoke over the phone regarding my leasing needs and invited me to visit the dealership at my convenience. I scheduled an appointment to meet with Jared that afternoon. I was professionally greeted by the receptionist and then met with Jared and Trivia, a Sales Associate in training. They both provided professional and friendly service. After my test drive I determined what options were important to me and was matched with a beautiful Jetta SE. The financing process with Jeff Kloetzke was very smooth and he thoroughly explained the lease terms and answered all of my questions. In addition, I was impressed by the décor and cleanliness of the facility. Linda greeted us as soon as we arrived at the dealership. She was very friendly and inviting, giving us information on the two vehicles that we were interested in. After test driving both and making a decision, Linda produced the facts and figures needed and the whole processed went very smoothly, even arranging to take over the remaining 3 months on our current lease vehicle, thereby eliminating the hassle for us to take care of that. She spent a lot of time explaining the details and workings of the vehicle, programming our cell phone into the Bluetooth system etc. (which would have taken us quite a while). I have to say overall it was a good experience, one of the best we have had and we have been leasing cars for a good many years now.
