I had leased a Toyota a few years ago and last spring I wanted to see what I might be able to get into for my next lease. At the recommendation of a family friend, we visited Linda to see what our options wanted to see what I might be able to get into for my next lease. I checked back one more time and decided I needed to wait until spring of 2013. All 3 times, Linda worked with us, we were greeted as friend greet friends. She extended every courtesy to us and provided us with great customer service. In November or 2012, our son was looking to get into a new vehicle, we told him to go see all that Volkswagen has to offer and told him to speak with Linda. Came in unannounced with a piece of plastic hanging off of the bottom of the Audi. In the shop in 2 minutes out in 15 minutes , washed the car and charged me $15. We just bought our third car from Mark and from Luther Burnsville VW. Mark does a fantastic job of showing you/teaching you the features of the car, without a high-pressure sales push. And he has an amazing memory for his customers... we bought our first cars there 3 years ago and he always stops by to say hello when we're in for our regular service and remembers our names. We test drove cars at several other places before buying our latest car... and not only were the cars not as well made, but the sales staff wasn't as knowledgeable, friendly, or helpful. All the staff there, from the service to the sales floor are professional, friendly, and helpful. I really like the new "fair pricing" too... we got a great deal and didn't have to haggle... they made us feel like we were valued customers and not just checkbooks. And Mark's customer service doesn't end with the sale... he made sure to go over many of the special features of the car, gave us his cell phone if we have questions, and they are having a new owner reception later this month if we want more help figuring the new car out. I would definitely recommend this dealer -- for both sales and service. The only problem with getting our cars serviced here is it leaves more time to drool over the newest models! More
