I had leased a Toyota a few years ago and last spring I wanted to see what I might be able to get into for my next lease. At the recommendation of a family friend, we visited Linda to see what our options wanted to see what I might be able to get into for my next lease. I checked back one more time and decided I needed to wait until spring of 2013. All 3 times, Linda worked with us, we were greeted as friend greet friends. She extended every courtesy to us and provided us with great customer service. In November or 2012, our son was looking to get into a new vehicle, we told him to go see all that Volkswagen has to offer and told him to speak with Linda. LInda worked with him and got him into a brand new Jetta. I would not hesitate in referring Luther Burnsville Volkswagen to anyone that is looking to lease/purchase a new car. More

Came in unannounced with a piece of plastic hanging off of the bottom of the Audi. In the shop in 2 minutes out in 15 minutes , washed the car and charged me $15. We just bought our third car from Mark and from Luther Burnsville VW. Mark does a fantastic job of showing you/teaching you the features of the car, without a high-pressure sales push. And he has an amazing memory for his customers... we bought our first cars there 3 years ago and he always stops by to say hello when we're in for our regular service and remembers our names. We test drove cars at several other places before buying our latest car... and not only were the cars not as well made, but the sales staff wasn't as knowledgeable, friendly, or helpful. All the staff there, from the service to the sales floor are professional, friendly, and helpful. I really like the new "fair pricing" too... we got a great deal and didn't have to haggle... they made us feel like we were valued customers and not just checkbooks. And Mark's customer service doesn't end with the sale... he made sure to go over many of the special features of the car, gave us his cell phone if we have questions, and they are having a new owner reception later this month if we want more help figuring the new car out. I would definitely recommend this dealer -- for both sales and service. The only problem with getting our cars serviced here is it leaves more time to drool over the newest models! More

This is my second time purchasing from this dealer, and they are over 250 miles from my house. I have 1 local Vw dealer within 5 miles of my house, and another 120 miles away (have dealt with both in the p they are over 250 miles from my house. Dealership was excellent, salesman was very friendly and helpful and they have earned my repeat business (which is not an easy thing to do!). Linda was professional, honest, kind and knowlegable. I had been to several other dealerships, including other VW locations and did not receive very good service.
