A couple of years ago, I had purchased a new Volkswagen from Mike at a different dealership. It was a great client experience and I planned on being a loyal, lifetime repeat customer. I left the dealership that evening disheartened and extremely annoyed dealerships continue to operate and portray the ‘slick, slimy, untrustworthy’ car salesman persona of yesteryear. Ugh! So, with a little internet investigation I was able to locate Mike. I made the initial contact and Mike responded immediately. I loved that he remembered me, my daughter and the car I had purchased through him. Mike has an extraordinary ability to deliver a client experience like no other.
