I met Linda at 9:45pm by walking into the CLOSED dealership to see if they were still open. I went there after hours only to look, and Linda, while off duty, helped answer my questions -- sent me o dealership to see if they were still open. I went there after hours only to look, and Linda, while off duty, helped answer my questions -- sent me on a test drive, and I was won over by the performance and experience of driving the 2013 Tiguan. The next day, I returned after doing quite a bit of research, and to trade up my 2007 JEEP. I was not impressed with the price given to me on my trade which started out my experience negatively...(not Linda's fault), but thought we could figure out a better deal. I had a very well kept vehicle, as stated by many dealers, but the dollars I got were below "still owed" so I was rolling in negative equity. UGH! While having the negative feelings...Linda's smile and assurance that she was "stepping up" helped to convince me. So, I did lease my very first VW...but this is only day 1 with it. I hope in 3 years, I will come back and visit Linda to upgrade my VW or buy this current one outright. Though, if I am ever unhappy with my VW vehicle and Linda is working for a FORD dealership or another brand...I will surely come to see her! She is through in her review of the car with you. She helps get you all set up with any of the Fancy stuff before you leave the lot, and ensures that you have current questions addressed. If you can't think of questions at that time, she reassures you again that you can ALWAYS call her. Everyone was quite pleasant that I encountered.
