Although the purchasing process is long as always anywhere you go, we were offerered drinks and snacks in the waiting area to help with comfort. We were also there after closing time but the finance dept and sales staff were never hurrying us to leave. A couple of years ago, I had purchased a new Volkswagen from Mike at a different dealership. It was a great client experience and I planned on being a loyal, lifetime repeat customer. When I learned Mike was no longer at this location, I wasn’t too hopeful that a mutually beneficial deal could be reached. I left the dealership that evening disheartened and extremely annoyed dealerships continue to operate and portray the ‘slick, slimy, untrustworthy’ car salesman persona of yesteryear. Ugh! So, with a little internet investigation I was able to locate Mike. I made the initial contact and Mike responded immediately. I loved that he remembered me, my daughter and the car I had purchased through him. Mike has an extraordinary ability to deliver a client experience like no other. I did purchase a new vehicle from him and feel this client experience surpassed my expectations! He gets it, he gets his customer and he gets it done. I’ll Be Back!
