I had a remarkably pleasant experience in the recent used car purchase I made at Burnsville Volkswagen. I was with my son on a Saturday looking for a used car for him and we were met out in the lot by Linda car purchase I made at Burnsville Volkswagen. Over the course of the next hour and a half we looked closely at a used cc, took it out for a long test drive, and decided to purchase it. Linda was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgable throughout and I purchased the car because me and my son really liked it but also in large part because of the integrity of Linda, and hence her dealership. She introduced us to various people in the dealership and showed us around the facility, and she made clear that we could always contact her if we needed anything. It was a pressure free and nice car buying experience. Well, just a week later my son went through a huge pothole and damaged the wheels and a tire. I called Linda and she got me right in, met me in the service area, and personally oversaw everything so I could get out to a meeting I had to get to. During the purchase of the vehicle and our first visit for service Linda treated me like you would treat a friend or family member and confirmed to me that I had made a good decision in buying a car from Linda and Burnsville Volkswagen. The entire process took less than a couple hours and the entire time I was taken care of. While I browsed Sandie was talking to my parents and she made recommendations for me for a car which was great. Jeff the financial guy was so much fun as well. He did a through job of explaining everything I signed, getting me what I needed for coverage and warrantys and making sure I knew exactly what I was buying for my vehicle.
