My mom, dad and I entered Luther Volkswagon in Burnsville with our eye on a particular used car that we had researched online. This was my first car purchase and Steve made the process easy to understand and even stayed two hours late to guide me through the purchase! His commitment to my car and my overall experience at the dealership was very comforting. My son and I came back later that day and took the Routon out for a test drive. We were considering both used and new vehicles and decided to look at the used 2012 vans after seeing the savings. We returned to the dealership the next day and made the purchase. Linda was great to work with, was never pushy and even watched my kids for us while we went in to finance the vehicle!
