I took my wives car in for service on the defrost motor. I was told that I would get a call back when they knew what was wrong. I asked that I know by 2:30 pm as I had to make arrangements for another car I was told that I would get a call back when they knew what was wrong. I asked that I know by 2:30 pm as I had to make arrangements for another car if it was not going to be ready. I ended up calling them at 4:00 to see what was going on. They did offer a loaner at that time however it was too. late. The service was provided and fixed by the next day and they were friendly when I picked up the car. They never mentioned the non returned call or apologized. Over all mediocre service but friendly. More

After driving a stick-shift for more than 30-years ... and, a diesel for the past ten years, I was disappointed that those options were not readily available to me in late 2011. However, Afram promised to contact me when the 2013 Beetle TDI Diesel cars were available for test drive ... and, he did! In a thirteen month time frame, I have TWICE experienced stellar customer service from Afram. Whether he is explaining/demonstrating vehicle features or facilitating answers to questions, Afram is accessible, courteous, professional, competent, and personable. Never did I feel -- uncomfortable to ask a question; rushed into comprehending options; pressured to make a decision. He was patient and flexible when I had to renegotiate a few appointment times. I appreciated his authenticity and easy-natured humor. Both Afram and Jacque Gadient(Finance Specialist) worked to make our second new car purchase [again, in thirteen months] happen expeditiously -- often returning to information previously shared and/or reiterating details so that we felt confident in our understanding of the details.
