Linda was wonderful to work with! I usually think of car buying as an exhausting experience that takes forever. Our recent experience at VW and with Linda was actually really fun. She was NOT pushy at all. We were very indecisive and kept changing our minds about models and whether to lease or buy and she was very patient and kept on providing us with the info we needed to make a good decision for us. We are now on our second Golf and we love it, it will not be our last. Service from both VW and from Linda have been fantastic. I never thought I would say I had fun buying a car! More

My family has been buying their cars from the Burnsville VW Dealership for as long as I can remember. I totaled my car at the beginning of the year and thought that I should try a different dealership. I we VW Dealership for as long as I can remember. I totaled my car at the beginning of the year and thought that I should try a different dealership. I went around to almost 5 other dealership and was extremely disappointed. The service was poor, unfriendly, and overly pushy. They even had me sit in a car that still had Cheetos on the ground from the previous owner. Needless to say we drove back to Burnsville. As we pulled up to the Burnsville VW Dealership I was welcomed with big smiles and a hug. Within the first half an hour I had test driven two cars, both fitting the description of what I was looking for. Finally, I had found the car I wanted! Thank you, Luther Burnsville Volkswagen. More

My husband, two-year-old daughter and I were in the market for a new vehicle this February. I inquired about a vehicle I spotted online and received an email from Ryan Thiesen - complete with Carfax re market for a new vehicle this February. I inquired about a vehicle I spotted online and received an email from Ryan Thiesen - complete with Carfax report (which I did NOT request - it came unsolicited) - within one hour of making the inquiry. I had marked that I preferred email, so I appreciated that when I inquired I only got the email and was not immediately hounded by telephone. When we arrived at the dealership (Saturday, Feb. 16), we had a price point in mind for a car payment, as well as what we were hoping to get on trade. I appreciated that Ryan listened to what we had to say and didn't immediately try to slide in the old "$1000 only adds $25 more to the car payment" line on us. They worked with us on fair price all around, and we made the decision to buy. Ryan offered to let us go run some errands while the paperwork was being finished - something I appreciated a tremendous amount because while Luther has one of the nicest, cleanest showrooms I've ever been in (most dealerships smell like motor oil and desperation and have a thin coating of grime on everything - Luther VW Burnsville is CLEAN, BRIGHT and doesn't smell like an oil can), hanging out there with a two-year-old for three hours seemed risky. We came back a few hours later and Ryan put in the rubber floor mats I had purchased and spent 15 minutes going over all the gadgets in our new van (ours came with a video system, uConnect, and lots more, so I really appreciated him talking the time to walk through it). He asked multiple times if I had any questions and promised to call on Monday (which he did). Then, I was on my way. Truly, this was the best car-buying experience I have had to date. There was no creepy "car dealership" feeling. I wasn't high-pressured into buying something newer. Ryan, Jacque and everyone we dealt with were very respectful of what we were looking for and made every effort to keep things within the parameters we had laid out. And, I really appreciated that Luther at least appears to take good care of their employees - everyone seemed to genuinely like their job, they work in a great space and the vibe of the whole place was just good. Especially being a young mom, I know from experience that all car-buying experiences are not created equal. I am thrilled to have found a car dealer with outstanding service, atmosphere and inventory. Luther has my loyalty. More

We had a great experience with John Trombley as our sales associate. He answered all of our questions very informatively and took the time to make sure we understood the information he was giving us. He went through all the features of the car and even let us know that we could come back or call to go through anything in the future we may have forgotten. From beginning to end, these guys were great! It was a very pleasant experience. I purchased a used car, but felt like I was treated no different than someone coming to buy a brand new car.
