I told my sister we were looking for a Volkswagon and she told me she would never buy a vw from anyone but Linda Radue at Burnsville VW. Linda was so helpful and this was the first time we bought a car and were not upset at all with anything, everything she told us was very clear, and we did not feel like we were there all day.after the sale was final and the car was ours she walked us to the car and spent awile going over every detail of the car with us. My husband and I found the car online and drove up to go look at it. We drove around the lot and couldn't find it. I went in and asked and that's when I found Linda. She did some digging to find out that it went back to the person they send all their cars to get some cosmetic work done. She offered to drive us up there so we could look at it since we drove 45 minutes to come see it. The bumper had already been taped off to be repainted and they took that off so we could test drive it. Linda was great and thru our entire car shopping experience at all the dealerships we went to she was by far the most friendly one. After test driving it and go back to the dealership she wasn't pushy on getting us to buy the car that night. We put a hold on it for 24 hours and told us to think about it and call back the next day. In the mean time they finished the work and even fixed a few door dings. We went and got the car the next day and they were all just as friendly as when we were just looking. She didn't seem like she was in a hurry to get us out of there so she could sell another one like most sales people do. She chatted with us and walked us out to the car where her and her husband made sure everything was okay. I was the one driving the car home and I was ready to go but her and her husband (who also works there) were all still chatting with my husband. I would definitely recommend to anyone that needs to buy a car if possible buy them from Linda. She even called us a few days later to make sure everything was going good and to see if we had any problems. More
