We were Very pleased that we had a No pressure experience. I was worried when we 1st pulled on to the lot that we would be followed around and have someone bug us as we "window shopped". Jared came over and said hi, when we explained that we were only looking and planned on visiting every dealer on the Buckhill Rd. strip to get a feel for our options before making a decision, Jared simply told us that he thought it was a good idea and he would be around if we needed him. Luke Klingson, the sales representative I dealt with, was very knowledgeable about all the new Volkswagen models and was particularly helpful in explaining the differences between the gasoline and diesel fue very knowledgeable about all the new Volkswagen models and was particularly helpful in explaining the differences between the gasoline and diesel fueled Volkswagen Passets. He explained in detail the various options available on both automobiles. Once I selected the car to purchase Luke again went over the car’s many new technological improvements and how to use them. The paper work for the sale was completed quickly without a hitch and I was able to drive my new car off the lot in short order. More
