When I picked up my car, he was helpful and introduced me to Tom Walsh, who would do the paper work. Tom was friendly but did not explain much aboutthe paper work. He needed a lot of signatures, for me it was not Always clear what the papers were meant for, so I did ask, but he could have explained, especially since I'm not used to US manners. Anyway, Im now th of a Volkswagen Tiguan and it behaves exactly as Grant told me 24 miles per liter on the highway! More

Linda was FANTASTIC !! By the time I drove my VW EOS off the lot, I knew what each button did, what each switch did, how the accessories worked ! She even set up my Bluetooth ! When one of the accessories wasn't working to full potential, she even had me drive into the service area to be looked at, and set up a service appointment so I could get it fixed! I think she actually spent more time with me going over everything AFTER the sale, then before! I had a wonderful experience with the dealer with the sales, financing & service departments. I went in for a new headlight for my 2009 CC and John convinced me to buy a new 2013 CC. I didn't have to pay for the headlight, but got a nice trade in alowance instead. He helped me understand how everything worked. He was in control of everything. Today he called to see if I had any questions and answered a couple for me. He is an expert and puts the customer at ease. The dealership is new and super clean. State of the art, and brightly lit. Very comfortable with free beverages and big screen TV's. This is my 5th new Volkswagen from this dealership. I've been going here for nearly 30 years. There have been massive improvements but they have always been better that the others I have experience with. More
