After my 2008 Passat Wagon had been serviced many times at VW Burnsville and being real pleased, I decided to pursue buying a new car from Burnsville VW. Having done some research on the 2014 Passat I made an inquiry on line and was immediately contacted the next day by Linda. Both my wife and I were very impressed when greeting her for the first time. She listened to our needs, not pushy and was responsive by having us test drive several cars. Linda is a true professional. She is very knowledgable and presented with us several options once we decided to purchase the car. When we picked up the car she was there to meet us and had finance go over all the paperwork detail. Linda took a lot of time with me and I wife to explain all the features and how to operate the vehicle with all the new technology. She followed up the next day to make sure there were no issues and then scheduled our next appointment for routiene maintenance. Overall on a scale of 1-10 I would have to rate her a 10. As a first-time visitor to Burnsville Volkswagen, I was totally impressed by the quality of the dealership and the friendly reception I received from Linda Radue. Linda quickly facilitated test drives of the two Jetta models that I was interested in comparing, and she provided me with all the technical and pricing information I needed to make a purchase decision. I also received a prompt, satisfactory evaluation of my trade-in. When I called back in a week or two with my purchase decision, Linda was able to give me detailed financial data including an accurate bottom line and delivery date estimate. When I came to pick up the car, I was able to inspect (it was clean and perfectly prepared) and drive the car before completing the financial transaction with Tom Walsh. Tom efficiently presented the bill of sale in a straightforward manner. There were no surprises, and the matter was quickly completed. Linda kindly gave me a short tour of the service area and customer lounge, introduced me to service personnel, and briefed me on some of the car's controls and infotainment system features including pairing my cellphone. She also scheduled the 30-day service appointment for me. All in all, it was easily the most enjoyable car-buying experience I have ever had thanks to Linda, Tom and the other people involved. I left with the highest opinion of the dealership, and I will not hesitate to recommend Burnsville Volkswagen to others. More

We felt that the price was acceptable. When we came in the morning, Linda was great and very helpful. We decided to shop around the price a bit and went to other dealerships. We decided that the price she gave us and helpful service warranted a return to the Burnsville location to purchase the vehicle from her. When we came into purchase the car we waited a painfully long time. Linda spent her time trying to sell other people cars. Had she gotten someone else to help us that would have sped up the process and kept us happy. We even told her that Laura had to leave at 4:30 p.m. for a performance that evening. We had come back a little before 3 p.m. thinking this would be enough time. We didn't start paperwork until around 4 pm. Laura ended up staying until almost 5 p.m. to finish paperwork. Kurt stayed to finish the rest and ended up late for her performance. Im not sure if she was going to lose commission by having someone else help us or what, but the service provided in sealing the deal was unacceptable. Also, when we checked the accuracy of our names, she had gotten them wrong. Our last name is Taken-Holtze, not Holtze. While it was nice to receive a thank you card in the mail, it was addressed to Mr. and Mrs. Kurt Holtze. Those people do not exist. We are not Mr. and Mrs. Kurt Holtze; we are Laura and Kurt Taken-Holtze or Mr. and Ms. Taken-Holtze. This is Kurt typing this by the way. To sum up, service was great in the beginning, a very fair price from the start, but had we known the ordeal and time it would take to follow through with purchasing a car, we likely would have gone elsewhere. When the car needs service, we're not sure this is where we will go. More

Even on a Friday night the employees stayed past closing to finish up our paperwork so we could go home with our new car!! While waiting for paperwork we enjoyed a wonderful conversation with Steve. And when we agreed on the services and the cost, she called while car was being repaired to reduce the cost by $300 as a seal we thought was needed turned out to be okay.
