On December 31st in the early afternoon, my Volkswagen CC showed a Engine problem code. I did not have an appointment and met with Brad Knudson to explain my service problem. Brad arrived to share the need for a warranty repair that needed to be done on January 2nd. Linda quickly arranged for a loaner car and sent me home to my family. I returned on the 2nd only to be greeted by both Brad and Linda. While Brand was explaining the details of my repair, Linda made arrangements for my car to be brought up to the front door and warmed up. It was 2 below zero!
