This is an excellant dealer and about as good as they come. I purchased a new Routan from Jared as he was by far the most friendly and knowledgeable salesman I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I visited other Volkswagen dealers in the metro area and once I met Jared I knew I was dealing with an honest individual. He was able to give me the details on several cars and answered all my questions without having to use the "let me go check with the manager" jargon. I appreciated his candor to the point where when it came time to purchase another new car, the new Beetle, I purchased it from Jared. He knows his cars inside and out, he isn't pushy, and truly appreciates the customer. I will contact him in the future as I plan on purchasing another VW, probably a CC or Toureg in the spring, or maybe a used car earlier. Overall, the dealership experience was great, no stress, a coffee and snacks bar where you can sit and relax while your car is being serviced or prior to closing a deal. I am definitely a repeat customer and I have no intention of shopping around as I know I will get an honest price the first time I ask and will not have to spend time and money (gas) looking elsewhere. Our initial focus was on leasing a new vehicle, which eventually turned into purchasing a used one. Throughout the process, Jared Frantz was extremely communicative to my girlfriend and I, yet we never felt the slightest sense of pressure to make an emotional decision. He spent a fair amount of time describing the differences between the cars we were considering, ran the numbers to provide a variety of payment options, and ensured that we had a happy buying experience. Is Burnsville VW the least expensive VW dealer in town? Do they have the best selection? I'm unsure, but what I am sure is that we've always been treated great by Jared and his team and that they've worked hard the earn our trust. They respect that today's buyer is armed with more knowledge in the past and work with you to get what you want for the price you are comfortable paying. The paperwork process was efficient and fair, and by working their network were able to come up with some great financing.
