I texted them the morning of that I was interested in test driving a vehicle. Got there right when they opened and Linda helped get the vehicle for me to drive right away. Was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and even bumped down the price a bit for a couple dings I noticed that were not a huge deal. She even got me in a few days later for a few interior repairs I noticed that needed fixing free of charge! Only thing was that I came back for another interior repair that needed sewing but they didn't have a guy who could sew it so I had to drive to a different Luther repair shop to get it done. It was also free of charge though so I can't complain too much. Other than that little quirk I was very impressed with the service I got and more importantly the car I purchased and would recommend Burnsville Volkswagen Luther if your looking for a place with good customer service. Especially ask for Linda Radue! More

Amazing customer service!!! I came into Burnsville Volkswagen for service on my 2007 Jetta because I needed an oil change. After writing down all of my concerns with my car I had I came into Burnsville Volkswagen for service on my 2007 Jetta because I needed an oil change. After writing down all of my concerns with my car I had also mentioned that I would like to replace my new chrome rims with the original rims and tires that came with the car for winter driving. I had purchased new wheels and tires because the brake dust and road grime had become so bad on my original rims that I was unable to make them look clean anymore. I had purchased numerous cleaners and products from my local auto parts store which did not clean the wheels. I had spent a lot of time and elbow grease to attempt to remove the grime from my wheels and was unsuccessful. I had mentioned my failed attempts at cleaning my wheels as small-talk with Ugur as he noted my concerns with my vehicle. He told me that he did not believe the detail team at Burnsville Volkswagen cleaned wheels, but assured me he would inquire about potential products to suggest which may work well for me to clean the wheels. When I picked up my Jetta tonight I immediately noticed my original wheels looked as shiny and new as the day I purchased the car! The wheels were spotless, the car had been washed, and tire gel had been applied to my old tires. I also found out that Ugur had personally cleaned the wheels himself!!! I understand how difficult of a task this must have been! I have been on my hands and knees scrubbing those nasty old wheels and I am still in disbelief that he went to such great lengths to take care of my concerns. This is not the first time I have been flabbergasted by how amazing the service is at Burnsville Volkswagen! Anne has gone out of her way in the past and always ensures that I get a military discount for service because she knows I am an Active Duty Soldier. Amazing customer service like this is so rare these days - I really appreciate the way your dealership does business and the quality of employees like Ugur Solim who sincerely care about your customers like me! Great overall impression of car buying process. I asked for specific model of VW. Sales person was very helpful with offering similar cars (two of them) for the test drive. After the test drive there was no pressure on me to buy the car. I took a two weeks break to go to another dealerships and checked out another cars. Finally I realized that the offer I got from Burinville VW was the best one and returned back. Asked for specific model. Sales person found this model for me in another dealership and arranged delivery in next business day. All paperwork process was smooth, with enough explanation from financial and sales person, with various suggestion to save some money, or to buy extra value. Again, I felt no pressure. Very comfortable process. For the delivery waiting period I got nice rental car with no limits on usage. When I got my car I had about 1 hour session of "getting know your new car", setup of bluetooth, car radio, Car-Net, phone connections and other. All this kind of attention really made my day. Highly recommend this dealership for buying new car. More
