I picked two cars out from the web, made my appointment. When we arrived we found the cars lined up and running. We test drove one of the cars, returned to Linda to complete the paperwork and arranged for pickup for the following weekend. Two notable items: 1) The standard VW iPhone cable is the non-lightning cable from form the iPhone 4 days. The lightning cable came out in 2012. Linda Radue provided the correct and current cable free of charge. 2) I opted for the clear protective film option and mentioned to the finance guy, Jared, that I could use a strip or two for my bicycle. He contacted the installer and provide me with several pieces already cut to size for me! More

WELL, if you read all the other glowing reviews below mine most of the praise and positive comments have already been made but I feel stressing them once more would NOT be redundant or out of order. Linda, Jay, Tom, and the entire staff at BVW could not have been more considerate, helpful, listened more attentively, or bent over backwards to help a family member, let alone a new customer - "Just Looking"! The process was very short as Linda and her co workers seemed to be reading our minds and provided what we wanted and needed to make this a VERY positive and enjoyable experience. Who knew if could be this easy! ! ! We are extremely delighted with our new Jetta Sport and will very likely return for a new SUV once VW comes out with their new designs next year! Thank You! Five star dealership and a superstar sales person We were just going to look at the 2016 Tiguans, but drove away in the same vehicle that we took for a test drive--after paying for it, of course. She put us in a white Tiguan (the color we wanted), that had all the features we had identified as priorities. I thought it would be hard to leave our 2009 Subaru Outback behind, but after learning about all the great features of the Tiguan and riding around in it, I was ready to "sign on the dotted line." Linda even took the time to walk us through setting up the Bluetooth mobile phone feature for both our phones. Simply amazing service and the most relaxed car-buying experience I've ever known. Amazingly Comfortable Car Shopping Experience From the minute we walked into Luther Volkswagen in Burnsville, Linda Radue greeted us with a great smile and handshake. She immediately listened to our hopes for the day and got right to work for us. She had 2 cars pulled up and ready to drive within 5 minutes of our arrival. She walked us through the brand new vehicle vs the pre-owned Touregs we came in to see. She explained the differences between the years and trims of the Touregs. The thing we loved the most was that she said we could take the vehicle out on our own. She showed us respect and trust from the start which helped us respect and trust her as well. When we returned from the test drive she already had an appraisal number on our trade in. Another thing we loved about Linda was how she showed genuine care for us throughout the day. We had made the decision very quickly about purchasing the vehicle, but were waiting for a while to work with a finance rep. The entire time she spent talking with us, getting us beverages, offering us lunch and even getting us Gopher Volleyball tickets when she heard my daughter was a volleyball fan. When we met with Jared, he was very approachable, laid back and funny. He was thorough, yet not too lengthy with his explanations and paperwork detail. When we came out of the finance office, Linda was ready to bring us to our new Toureg. She sat in the back seat and went through all of the features specific to our vehicle. She even had us do some presets on our radio, set up our Bluetooth phone contacts and the different display options. She did have another customer waiting inside and she still came through with her final promise to give us the phone number to the Volkswagen Roadside Assistance (which she hand wrote and put into our manual book for us). She made us feel like we were the only customers she had that day. She had a salesman in training shadowing her that day named Kyle. He will without doubt make a great salesman as well. Luther trains them to have product knowledge but also to have great people skills. My husband and I both talked about how wonderful the experience was and that we haven't had such a fun time shopping and purchasing a vehicle ever....not many people do. Our next vehicle will be purchased at this dealership because they have quality cars and quality staff. More
