Garrett Devine was instrumental in helping my wife and me decide on purchasing the new VW Atlas 2025 Peak Edition. He took us on a comprehensive test drive, patiently demonstrating various features and answering all our questions. This was by far the best car-buying experience we've ever had. Garrett is exceptionally friendly and approachable, making it easy to ask him anything, especially since this is our first German car after always opting for Japanese models in the past. Megan Cooley, the finance manager, made the entire purchase and financing process incredibly smooth and straightforward. She took the time to thoroughly explain each extended warranty option, helping us understand how they provide coverage in case of any issues with our car. Avoid This Dealership! I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. I received an offer that was $10,000 less for my trade-in compared to three other dealer I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. I received an offer that was $10,000 less for my trade-in compared to three other dealerships, including another Luther VW location. Frustrated, I sold my car elsewhere. After reaching an agreement on a specific vehicle and getting financing approved, we planned to pick it up. Hours before our arrival, I received a call informing me that the car had been sold to someone else. They failed to communicate that I needed to make a deposit to hold the vehicle, despite having all the financing in place. The lack of professionalism and transparency is unacceptable. I had to chase them for information, and it’s clear they don’t value their customers' time or commitments. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your car-buying needs. More
