BVW sales and customer service is awesome. However I did not get a good experience with the service not done to the vehicle purchased. I brought it in because it was squeaking when pressing o However I did not get a good experience with the service not done to the vehicle purchased. I brought it in because it was squeaking when pressing on break and getting louder. My car was kept for 4 days which was not a problem because they provided a rental free of charge. But when I picked car up it still has the same issue and I was told breaks and rotors was new. So what is the problem because the noise is getting louder and must be a more serious problem. And they called asking when do I hear the noise. If someone drove the car it would have been heard. I left the lot squeaking. So totally not satisfied at this point. Seems like I will have to put money into a car I just purchased. I purchased this vehicle because my kia was stolen so I have been paying paying paying and being screwed back and fourth. More
