This was the first time ever purchasing a Volkswagen. We walked into the dealership completely bind on what Volkswagen has to offer. We were introduced to Yer as a sales rep. He sat down with us and listened to all the things we were looking for and not looking for in our next car purchase. He recommended we look at the atlas cross sport. In the parking lot going over all the features of the car he was showing us. We looked at a lot of different manufacturers / models to compare the Volkswagen to. Yer was able to answer that every question we could think of in comparison to the other manufacturers. His knowledge of the atlas cross sport was extremely helpful in our decision to purchase this car. After we test drove the car never once was he pushy about us purchasing the car. As a matter of fact I told him to want s to look at a couple more other manufacturers and he said no problem he will keep the keys to the car we picked out at his desk in case we came back and changed our mind and decided to purchase this car. Once we committed to the purchase of the car Yer stayed an extra 2 hours after the dealership closed to make sure we fully understood all the safety / luxury features the car had. Hands down I would recommend Yer as a sale rep to go see if your in the market for a new Volkswagen. More

I came in early January browsing at vehicles as I was considering parting with my Honda, was referred to him by my sister. I came in, unsure what I was searching for, and found that I liked the Tiguan, considering parting with my Honda, was referred to him by my sister. I came in, unsure what I was searching for, and found that I liked the Tiguan, just by sitting in one. I test drove one and fell in love with it and bought it. The process of buying a car was very easy, there was no pressure at all, and in the end I drove off in a car I love paying almost what I was before.
