Courteous staff, but when installing a "new" tire and rim, the wrong tire was put on and the rim had scratches and chips. These issues were quickly fixed but those mistakes costed me extra time and mone rim, the wrong tire was put on and the rim had scratches and chips. I’ve brought 2 cars in this week and neither were complete in their service. Car1. I wrote in notes I needed a rear wonder wiper fully replaced. Mentioned it at drop off. When I picked up well pa complete in their service. Car1. I wrote in notes I needed a rear wonder wiper fully replaced. Mentioned it at drop off. When I picked up well past my time after being asked and offering an extension my car was not ready. In the huddle of trying to finish my car. I forgot to double check the wiper situation. Car 2. The check engine light came on an hour after pick up. I texted and came in the next day only to wait an unreasonable amount of time. I now need to return for the wiper and sat after a service. My time also holds value. More
