It appeared that my car was ready, but my service manager wasn’t available, so I asked another service manager to help me out. longer than expected. I had purchased a used car, and paid for the middle warranty package that included the under car protection coating. The first time I was scheduled, no one showed up or contacted me. I tried to conta warranty package that included the under car protection coating. The first time I was scheduled, no one showed up or contacted me. I tried to contact Boune for at least two weeks with no return calls. My second appt, I learned that the place does not come at 9am as expected. So I coordinated dropping my car off myself. Seems like there is a disconnect between Luther Volkswagen and the place in Hopkins that does the work. It was an attempt at white glove service that, failed to end up that way. Glad that process is over 6 weeks after I purchased my car! More
