My salesperson, Hannah, took great care in listening to what I wanted. Financing was easy and quick. This is usually the part I dislike the most, but it was fast (with the application able to be done beforehand) and there’s no “hard sell” on the extras. They offered them, explained them, and moved on if declined. The sales manager came out to thank me for my law enforcement service and other sales associates made sure I was comfortable while I waited. The snacks and beverages were a nice touch since I had been there shopping all afternoon! This is my third Volkswagen and I come back because I trust the vehicles and because VW service is second to none. I’m not blindly brand-loyal. I’ve owned several different makes of vehicles, but I always come back to VW. More

It was a very good experience and I love the car that I bought. Andrea and Nate were fantastic. They were both very helpful and went above and beyond by staying late, along with the person who detailed t bought. Andrea and Nate were fantastic. The only issue was that it only came with one key fob. I didn't know that until after I decided I wanted the car, and it will cost me $400 to get another one. More

Not impressed with anyone there. I made an appointment to test drive a vehicle and when I got there I was not greeted- had to run around to find someone to help me. Then I find out that the person that I was to meet with was with other people and then had me go on the test-drive with the receptionist! Then when I decided to buy the car, I was put in the waiting room for almost 2 hours before anyone helped me! NEVER AGAIN! And don't expect to get anyone to answer in the service department. They are good at calling back the next day. More

I left the dealership with a bad taste in my mouth. I drove over three hours to purchase a vehicle, and was fully transparent with the salesperson I was assigned to, over the phone. I told her everything about my vehicle, and asked for her to please do the same. We worked out a price over the phone, and I was fine with that. I asked her to please tell me of any scratches, dents, dings, etc. so that I would not be surprised when I got there. When I got there she took me to look at the car. It was wedged in between two other vehicles in the dark, so I could barely see it. I asked her to pull it out, and I immediately noticed two very large scratches, one on each rear quarter panel, one over 12" long. There is no way that she did not see this when I asked her to look over the vehicle. Secondly, she told me to get the price offered, I had to finance or it would be $2k higher. She said that she could match a rate(with proof) I could get from my local lender, but I had to finance through them. I provided her with a rate sheet from a local lender I work with that showed the vehicle qualified for 5.99% for a 60 month term. While I was waiting to get into the finance department, Jolie seemed very nervous, and I knew instantly that they were not going to honor their word. Sure enough, she took me back to the finance department and the "best rate I qualified for" was almost 8%. I called xx. I was in a 50% equity position with excellent credit. The finance manager turned the screen around to show me the where she submitted the deal and what I “qualified” for. After complaining she eventually got it down to a lovely 7.44%- nearly 1.5% higher than what I had shared with them. I said I'd like to pay cash, and the sales manager then promptly stated the price would be $2k higher. I strongly believe she picked and chose who she was going to send the loan to based off of her flat rate commission she was going to receive from the lender. I wasn't born yesterday, and I told Jolie from the beginning that all I wanted was transparency. She wasn't transparent on the condition of the vehicle, and she wasn't transparent on the terms. I will never recommend the Luther Group to anyone, as I had an overall poor experience. As a matter of fact, this is an experience that goes hand in hand with the unfortunate stigma the car business is plagued with. More
