I had general service work done on our 2009 Honda Accord that's required with the service light B, 1, & 2 for going over 50,000 miles. The service department was friendly and the quality of work was little that's required with the service light B, 1, & 2 for going over 50,000 miles. With this all being general service work I was expecting a different pricing structure, but I guess that's what you get for pricing at a dealership. After I get pass 100,000 miles I will definitely be doing more price checking. I left the car at 9:00am and came back around 12:30am and was a little surprised they didn't wash the car as they had stated when I dropped it off. I didn't have time to go back in to get that done and hope they focus on their checklist of activities better next time. More

I love that they know you by name and are able to get us in quickly for regular maintenance. The scheduler was very informative, patient and very nice to deal with. My CRV is new to me and I did not that I had a computer code come up when service was due. When I brought my car in at the appointment time the three techs were all either on phone or with a customer but two of them gave me eye contact and said they would be right with me. The tech that took care of my car came and explained that I had a screw in the sidewal of my tire, said that it was still holding air and provided me with a quote for new tires before I left. It was not a high pressure sale and I was very happy with my experience. More
